Attorney Brett Bradshaw
Raised in Hiawassee, Georgia, Brett attended Towns County High School and went on to graduate with honors (cum laude) from the University of North Georgia. During his time at the University of North Georgia, Brett earned his Bachelors of Science in Political Science. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Brett worked in the construction industry before deciding to continue his education by obtaining his juris doctorate from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law.
While in law school, Brett served as the Vice-President for the school’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, competing in multiple regional competitions in the areas of Negotiation, Mediation, and Client Counseling. Brett also was a member of Delta Theta Phi law fraternity and served on the Executive Board for the First-Generation Law Students society, working with students on issues that First Generation Law Students face while gaining their education and entering the legal profession. Brett also served on the Executive Board for the Agricultural Law Society. In the summer before his second year of law school, Brett interned with the Enotah Judicial Circuit under the Honorable Judge Raymond George, gaining experience in court room practice and procedure. In the summer before his third and final year of law school, Brett worked for Lance Law Firm in Blairsville, Georgia, gaining insight and experience in the legal realm of private practice.
In his spare time, Brett enjoys sports, movies, hiking, and reading. Brett is a proud North Georgian and is happy to be serving the community.
